At Donnéepardieu, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
